Pours a clear gold. Tart with flavors of light fruit (peach, apple, grape). Notes of honey and a slight bit of sweetness, but mostly dry and tart. A nice enjoyable mead.

Clear pale gold color. Light peach and honey in the aroma. Lighlty acidic, some tartness. Peach and white grape notes. Some honey and a light spice in the finish.
