Commercial Description:
sweet clover, star thistle and alfalfa honey for our meads. Honey is blended to taste. No specific honey for any particular batch. We do not boil the mead. We filter the must prior to fermentation and filter the mead prior to bottling. The meads are approximately six months old when bottled. Serving suggestions: chilled in hot weather, otherwise cellar temperature.
