Commercial Description:
This beer derives its name from one of the world's tallest peaks which, loosely translated, means "goddess rich in sustenance." Chock full of malted barley with mild hop overtones, this ale itself is rich in sustenance.

Grainy cereal malts, orange blossom hops in the aroma. Hazy amber-tan coloured body with a low, off white, fine bubbled head that recedes to ring. Grainy, bready malts and orange blossom hops with mild finishing bitterness. Medium body with soft textured fine carbonation. Sampled on tap at the brewpub with ClarkVV, Olivier_MTL and Rastacouere.

Sample #5 from the Brewery. GABF 10/1. Hazy, light brownish red hue. Medium malt roast. Sweet and smooth with little hop kick.

A reddish copper pour forming a lasting beige head. Balanced toasted bread and earthy, leafy hops conjures strawberry and husky notes on the palate. Wastes no time at pretending to be something else than an amber ale, fruity, lightly hoppy and bready. Medium bodied, watery finish, fair carbonation, light astringency.

An unclear dark orange beer with no head. The aroma is very light malty. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of fruit and oranges, leading to a dry spicy and hoppy end.

Light, but attractive hoppy aroma (amarillos?) Very bready malt lingers on the tongue. Quite quaffable.

Amber-red; decent head. Rich and malty, moderately carbonated; nice mouthfeel. Some sweet/roasted malt notes. Dryish, oily finish... some lingering hop flavors - bitter daisies.
