Hop and fruit aromas. Amber golden coloured and hoppy with a citrus fruit flavour. A little dryness and bitterness in a crisp finish.

Dec 12, 2006 On tap at the Southern Sun Location. Poured a deeper and cloudy reddish / orange color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas and tastes of citrus and caramel. Had a nice balance to it. Lacing left on the glass.

Oct 25, 2005 A reddish copper pour forming a lasting beige head. Balanced toasted bread and earthy, leafy hops conjures strawberry and husky notes on the palate. Wastes no time at pretending to be something else than an amber ale, fruity, lightly hoppy and bready. Medium bodied, watery finish, fair carbonation, light astringency.

Oct 27, 2007 On tap at the brewpub on 10/14/07: Clear dark copper mahogany pour has a thin ring of off-white head. Aroma of lightly sweet and toasty malt with some mild nut character and earthy hops. Body is about average for the style with a mild toasty sweetness, a touch of earthy hops, and some light tartness. A decent amber.
