Commercial Description:
This beer derives its name from one of the world's tallest peaks which, loosely translated, means "goddess rich in sustenance." Chock full of malted barley with mild hop overtones, this ale itself is rich in sustenance.

Quayles personal favorite. If it’s good enough for Quayle, It’s good enough for me. Great beer. Got a couple growlers of this stuff after drinking a few pints. It was a very very good beer. Best thing invented since motarized tie racks.

Draught at the Southern Sun. 8 oz sample. Beer was a medium, hazy-brown color with an average-to-large, creamy, white, mostly lasting head. The aroma was really agreeable—and while it wasn’t flashy, it was darn engaging. Toasty and fruity. Malty with moderate notes of toasted grain, caramel; Hoppy with moderate notes of green grass and green tea; Yeasty with trace note of basement and a light note of dough; Moderate miscellaneous notes of peach, vanilla and wood. The flavor was moderately sweet, lightly acidic with a long, tingly, lightly acidic finish. The body was light, the texture was watery and the carbonation was softer an average.

Amber-red; decent head. Rich and malty, moderately carbonated; nice mouthfeel. Some sweet/roasted malt notes. Dryish, oily finish... some lingering hop flavors - bitter daisies.

Tap @ Mountain sun: The beer was a slightly hazy deep amber color with an off-white head. The aroma was malty with notes of caramel, toffee, and a light roast. Malty caramel flavor that starts light. Roasty in the middle. Light citrus on the finish. The finish is light and clean.

tap. tea like appearance with a brownish head that clings to the sides. hops in the nose with a sweet candy note. flavor is enjoyably bitter that is a bit light grapefruit & some flowery something that ends in a coppery orange twix like sweetness. a nice balanced meal beer that washed down my burger well, and one i’d order for non beer geek friends. 4 6 6 4 13

On tap at the Southern Sun Location. Poured a deeper and cloudy reddish / orange color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas and tastes of citrus and caramel. Had a nice balance to it. Lacing left on the glass.
