Tap at Vine Street - fizzy, hazy, very light gold - a wheat beer with some odd but welcome herbal and wildflower character, behind some weak-ass wheat qualities and a tart, lemony flavor - the herbs make things fairly interesting, but don’t entirely salvage the otherwise weak flavor - refreshing, though.

Draft @ Souther Sun. Cloudy, unfiltered and milky white witbier appearance. Ginger and lemon zest in the nose, citric acid and lactic white pepper (w some lactobaccilus-like esters, think Berlinner Weisse). Fizzy carbonation, weak structure, watery turn over the middle, peaked finish. Fresh sliced lemon and tingly ginger dominate, with a rough and lactic wheat character. Messy throughout.
