On Tap: Dark color/Black. I didn't find too much sweetness, kind of like a baking chocolate as opposed to a milk/dark chocolate. I think it would go well with ice cream. Tastey and smooth.

Similar to their Java Porter, as far as mouthfeel/texture/body goes. Major difference, of course, is the chocolate flavors instead of coffee flavors. Has a real smooth and malty chocolatey flavor. Sweet up front, bitter and dryish in the finish. Nicely balanced and enjoyable to drink. Doesn’t overwhelm with complexity though.

Draught. Body is black. Aroma is moderately malty (chocolate, caramel, roasted grain), lightly hoppy (resin, grapefruit). Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. Too hoppy/citric for me.
