On tap at the brewery, cloudy reddish hue, with a fruity, tart raspberry, blueberry nose with an acidic blackberry accent, a faint wheat malt, juicy fieldberry aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a fruity, tannic, raspberry, blackberry light tart character, with a mild wheat, toasty malt accent, leading towards a raspberry tart finish.

Draught. Body is hazy light red. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately yeasty (dough), with a note of berry/cherry. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Like the more frequently available Raspberry Wheat, this is pretty basic and uninspiring, but of course the fruity wheats aren’t directed towards beer nerds. Overly doughy in both nose and finish.
