Body is hazy light red.
Aroma is
lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately yeasty (dough),
with a note of berry/cherry.
Flavor is
lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is
lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Like the more frequently available Raspberry Wheat, this is pretty basic and uninspiring, but of course the fruity wheats aren’t directed towards beer nerds. Overly doughy in both nose and finish.

Dec 21, 2008 On tap at Vine Street Pub poured a cloudy purple amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of wheat, yeast and light blackberry.Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, light yeast and light blackberry with a smooth lightly fruity finish.

Sep 29, 2009 Draught. Pours cloudy ruby with a small, fizzy white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (hay, straw, meal), light hop (grass), average yeast (earth) with notes of blackberries. Light bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

Pours a nice, tropical punch orange with a nose of soapy pomegranate. Flavor is watery tropical juice with malt and hops. Watery mouthfeel. Flavored water is safer.

Oct 19, 2009 tap at Mountain Sun - This brew smells of, wait for it, that’s right, blackberries and wheat. It has a light, sweet, fruity flavor and a light body. Not bad.

Dec 9, 2008 On tap at the brewery, cloudy reddish hue, with a fruity, tart raspberry, blueberry nose with an acidic blackberry accent, a faint wheat malt, juicy fieldberry aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a fruity, tannic, raspberry, blackberry light tart character, with a mild wheat, toasty malt accent, leading towards a raspberry tart finish.

Jul 18, 2009 Hazy light orange pour. Some fruit on the nose as well as some dryness. Upfront easy tart. Not as fruity as the smell but has a fairly easy finish.
