Mar 31, 2004 Draught. Body is hazy dark yellow. Aroma is moderately hoppy (grapefruit, resin, apricot), lightly yeasty (dough), lightly malty (cookie). Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. Yet another APA with the usual hop profile, nice enough for the style, but...well...yawn.
