On tap at the Southern Sun Location. Poured a medium and hazy amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, pine and light caramel. Tastes of citrus / oranges, caramel with a grapefruit bitter finish. Lacing left on the glass. Nice balance and just noticed it was 7.5% (well hidden)

On draft at O’Briens Wet Hop Festival. This is a wet hop beer using Columbus hops according to the info sheet describing the festival beers. Clear medium amber color with a small off-white head. This one has a strange aroma for an IPA, more lagerish in character, pale soapy malts, quite floral with a bit of grass and very mild hoppiness. Odd flavor as well, floral-sweet, kind of a "spring fresh" soap taste, tangy floral hops with hints of orange rind. Medium body and tingly carbonation. My overall impression of this beer is "Huh, IPA?" Did I rate the same beer as everyone else???

Draft at Falling Rock. Copper body with ruby edges. Nose is hoppy, piney, some citrus notes. Taste is mostly hops, citrus fruits, light pineapple, pine/spruce/evergreen, and soft caramel. Body is medium with a light lingering bitterness. Finishes with some sweet malt notes, caramel, pine and citrus fruit. Nice!

Draft @ Falling Rock: Hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Big fresh piney hop aroma. The hop flavor starts from the beginning. Bitterness is moderate from the middle to the long dry finish.

Draft... Mid-GABF ’06 at the Falling Rock Tap House, Denver... Cloudy amber ale with a small, frothy, white head. The nose delivers notes of pine, wood and fuzzy fruits. Decently balanced flavor that leans just a hair on the bitter side. Sweet up front, then medium to heavy bitterness that lingers. A pinch of salt and a touch of tanginess. Medium to full-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Bitter, Mojave-dry finish.

Growler from Mountain Sun. Amber pour w/ nice head w/ small bubbles. Rather green hop flavor and aroma. Flowery, piney hop finish. Nice and drinkable.

tap. light amber, slighty haze pour with huge forthy head. The hops are rediculous in this beer. Nice pine and grapefruit. Bitter finish. I personally prefer the swan song but this a very nice ipa.
