Beer pours a hazy, medium, orange-copper color with a small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing head and clingy lace. The aroma is complex and bright. Light malty notes of toasted grain and caramel; Heavily hoppy with notes of herbs, grass, grapefruit, apricot and resin/pine; Miscellaneous notes were pretty engaging and included trace banana, moderate peach, vanilla and strawberry. The flavor is lightly sweet, heavily bitter with an extra-long, lightly acidic, grippingly bitter finish full of animated grapefruit retronasals. The body was medium-to-full, the texture was watery, the carbonation was lively and there was a moderately astringent feel in the ending.

This is a great IPA....a hop lovers dream. MOSUN is a very hop oriented establishment so I like most of their beers. This one is my favorite. Huge hop aroma, flavor and bitterness is what this one is all about. Slight bone colored head laces all the way down the glass. Appearance is typical of an unfiltered beer, a light cloudy amber. The rest is hops and more hops. Not sure what the ABV is on this one. I’ve heard this is thier double...if so the alcohol is hidden well.

when your first walk up to the bar or psuedo bar, whatever you call it here. you are overwhelmed by 20-30 taps lined up. how to pick? what to pick? all the taps are the same. i asked the guy what i should have and he said you like hops? yes! how much? alot! i got the beer for you..and here it is. this is a big over the top ipa with more resiny hops then the hop farm itself. grass, piney , citrus wonder. that makes your mouth sticky there is so much resin packed in. very good but maybe too much hops, cant believe im saying that, so we can taste some of the beers other flavors or lack there of?

Excellent floral, piney hops aroma. Deep orange color with a soft, thick, full head. Outstanding balance of strong piney citrus hops with a medium malt backbone. Sticky, medium carbonated mouthfeel. These guys really know how to make beer.

Strong fruity berries in an aroma that is quite sweet with floral, soapy, grapefruit citrus hops also apparent. Hazy amber-tan coloured body is topped by a low but lasting, off white head that recedes to cover. Fruity esters up front with some caramel sweetness and floral hop character leading to an assertive bitterness that comes through in the finish. Medium light body is quite dry with pointy, strong effervescence. Sampled on tap at the brewpub with ClarkVV, Olivier_MTL and Rastacouere.

Orange red color. Harsh, but freaking awesome hop aroma, which hints of grapefruit, lemon, pine and resin, while the malt shows some nice fruits and caramel. Medium body with a slick, oily texture. Rich and well balanced, with a very nice sprucey, citrusy and resiny hop flavor and a toasty caramel laden malt backing. Awesome stuff.

On tap @ Falling Rock poured a hazy orange with a long lasting white head. Aromas of grapefruit and oranges. Palate was light bodied dry and slightly astringent. Flavors of grapefruit rind and pine with a dry bitter finish.

Draught. Pours orange-tan with a foamy off-whtie head and lined lacing. Fresh hop pine and citrus fragrant floral aroma, wonderful bouquet of hops in this beer. Smooth lightly acidic hop rind and pine flavor with a citrus finish. Medium bodied and smooth, clean palate.
