| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 8, 2005 Fuck Yeah IPA is a recent offering at Mountain Sun and is apparently selling quite well. It’s not hard to see why. The aroma is a strange but intoxicating mix of floral hops and milk chocolate, with light citrus notes. The colour is a fairly dark amber. The bitterness is moderate, evenhanded but packs a fairly refreshing cohumulone punch. The malts are as I like them, mainly pale and in the background, as a canvas for the bright tropical fruit hop painting. One to drink multiple pints of. DJMonarch (6941), Northwich, Cheshire, England
