Draft at the brewpub. A hazy amber beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of hops, grass, and grapefruit. The flavor is sweet with strong ntoes of grass, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.

Fuck Yeah IPA is a recent offering at Mountain Sun and is apparently selling quite well. It’s not hard to see why. The aroma is a strange but intoxicating mix of floral hops and milk chocolate, with light citrus notes. The colour is a fairly dark amber. The bitterness is moderate, evenhanded but packs a fairly refreshing cohumulone punch. The malts are as I like them, mainly pale and in the background, as a canvas for the bright tropical fruit hop painting. One to drink multiple pints of.

On tap at the Southern Sun Location. Poured a medium and hazy amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, pine and light caramel. Tastes of citrus / oranges, caramel with a grapefruit bitter finish. Lacing left on the glass. Nice balance and just noticed it was 7.5% (well hidden)
