Tap at brewpub during GABF 2009.
Pours a deep cheddar with a "cheesy" hops nose, complete with grapefruit and pine. Flavor is sour grapefruit, plain and simply. Tingly, pleasant mouthfeel. Fantastic IIPA.

Draught at Mountain Sun, Dark brown/orange clear, medium tan head. Aroma is citrus, sweet hops, pine tree and tropical fruit aroma also with spice also. Flavor is sweet and is big hop. Medium malt backbone in taste but none in aroma. Ton of booze prevalent. Very unique and hophead fantasy.

Draft at the pub. Now these guys make some hoppy brews, but this was the hoppiest of the lot. Excellent iipa. Top 10 beer of the weekend.

Draught. Pours clear orange with an average, fizzy white head, mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is average malt (cookie, caramel, grain), heavy hop (pine, resin, citrus, grapefruit), average yeast (sweat, dough) with notes of pear, peach, pineapple, and honey. Medium bodied, mineral texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, moderate sweetness, heavy acidity and bitterness.
