Pours a deep cheddar with a "cheesy" hops nose, complete with grapefruit and pine. Flavor is sour grapefruit, plain and simply. Tingly, pleasant mouthfeel. Fantastic IIPA.

Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of honey, citrus, pine, grapefruit, caramel, floral esters, floral hops. Flavor is much of the same. Medium body with a floral hop finish. Pours clear orange with an average, fizzy white head, mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is average malt (cookie, caramel, grain), heavy hop (pine, resin, citrus, grapefruit), average yeast (sweat, dough) with notes of pear, peach, pineapple, and honey. Medium bodied, mineral texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, moderate sweetness, heavy acidity and bitterness.
