Feb 15, 2008 This is a very complex beer. I think this is actually a braggot....I think that means they use half malt and honey for the fermentables. Ask the brewers, they will know. This is a really well done brew that has lemon grass and "Cannabis Hops" according to one server. It’s nice and hoppy but not as pungent as their other brews.

Sep 17, 2006 tap. dense amber/orange pour with very thin soapy head. honey, apple, hop, perfume aroma. taste is a blast of freshness. ginger, honey, perfume. Flavor is sudden and perfume lingers. Honey dominant but this was not enjoyable at all.

Mar 11, 2006 Medium white head, cloudy copper body. Aroma is light hops, grassy. Taste is honey sweetness and sour citrus. Strong fruitiness as well. Cloying.

Mar 5, 2006 Draught at 4th Annual Wildland Firefighters Benefit & Festival at the Pumphouse in Longmont CO. Pours coppery sunset with a small off-white head with lined lacing. Aroma is fruity (peach, apple) and honey, malt (meal, cake). Malty honey and fruit flavor, medium sweetness and meal, cake notes. Light bodied and creamy that goes dry.
