jmcguire1969 (144), Lafayette, Colorado, USA Feb 15, 2008 This is a very complex beer. I think this is actually a braggot....I think that means they use half malt and honey for the fermentables. Ask the brewers, they will know. This is a really well done brew that has lemon grass and "Cannabis Hops" according to one server. It’s nice and hoppy but not as pungent as their other brews. Walt (2268), Chicago, Illinois, USA Oct 15, 2006 Pour is hazy amber...sweet strange smell, with lots of grass and hops in there...strange...vegetal bitter finish.... waolsen (963), Littleton, Colorado, USA Sep 17, 2006 tap. dense amber/orange pour with very thin soapy head. honey, apple, hop, perfume aroma. taste is a blast of freshness. ginger, honey, perfume.
