| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 12, 2006 Sampled at the International Mead Fest, Boulder, Co. Beer poured a hazy, medium yellow-brown color with a small, frothy, off-white, quickly and mostly diminishing head. The aroma is just a trace malty with notes of cookie and caramel, lighlty hoppy with a ligh note of flowers, just a trace yeasty with a note of dough and miscellaneous notes of peach and honey. The flavor was lightly sweet, lightly bitter with a long, moderately acidic, moderately bitter finish. The body was light-to-medium, the texture was watery, the carbonation was lively and there was a light astringency in the finish. Worth seeking out again! Ungstrup (15239), Frederiksberg, Denmark
