Commercial Description:
The second offering in the virtue series, Prudence reflects the spirit of independence and creativity that is embodied by the breweries of Belgium as well as the Mountain Sun. This beer is brewed with a heavy dose of Belgian Pilsner and Vienna malts, as well as 60 pounds of Orange Blossom Honey. The floral sweetness provided by the honey is balanced by the spicy, dry finish of the Belgian Yeast.

Draught at brewpub. Hazy orange with thin white head. Aroma of sweet Belgian yeast, very floral. Flavor of heavy honey sweetness combined with overpowering fruit and Belgian yeast ruin this beer. Not a very good Belgian, a rare poor offering from Mountain Sun.

tap at Mountain Sun - I can’t believe this one hasn’t been entered yet. Wish my notes were better. This one has a yeasty, malty, dark fruit accented aroma. I’m thinking cherries on the latter. It tastes very sweet up front with some fruit characteristics. Some hops hits more in the finish of this medium bodied brew.
