On tap at Bistro BA Fest poured a clear brown with a lingering ring of amber foam. Aromas of apple, spice, carmel and light oak. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, apple, oak and light vanilla with a smooth lingering fruity finish.

Tap at the Bistro BA fest. As Batch 1000 Double Kilt Lifter. At ll.7%. Pours hazy reddish amber with no head. Aroma is sweet malt. Full bodied with mild carbonation. Favor is light fruit and oak over malt. Finish is silky darkness over malt. Finishes with a bit of chocolate.

On cask at brewery. Clear copper brown with a malty and subtle oak aroma. Dry musty toffee and scotch whiskey taste with slight alcoholic burn on the back end. Pretty good.
