22 oz. bottle. Pours a very thin head over a slightly cloudy golden (SRM 10) body....nose is very light, mild malts, minimal hop, slight grass....taste is very light and not particularly focused, minimal malt, minimal hop bitterness....mouth feel is light to medium and slightly watery. Above a macro brew, but by not much.

Appearance: Pours a slightly hazed, orange-amber body with a full, frothy, whitish head. Closer in color to the alternating stripes on the bomber than actually being golden. Smell: Spiced citrus and doughy, bready malts with some sweetish honey and light caramel notes. Taste: Bready, sweetish maltiness with a light touch of caramel. Tangy fruitiness with tastes of apple, lemon, and a hint of peach. Seemingly spicy, lemon-laden hops with a medium-low bitterness. The breadiness deevolves into a more basic, generic doughy taste interspersed with hints of sweet honey. Finishes semi-dry with some enduring hints of dough and honey. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-plus, lightly crisp carbonation. Drinkability: Paired well with the movie "Journey Into Fear". Well-balanced, easy drinking, and I’ll even say it has a bit more going on flavorwise than many blonde/golden ales out there.

I liked this more than I thought I would. This is my second beer from this Brewer and I will have no problem going back for more. IT does look like a unfiltered wheat when poured. Straw in Color with a bit of white head. Smells of Bread, some hops, grass and earth. Mouth feel is about medium with a pleasant smoothness to it. A bit citrusy on the front with a slight hop finish. If this beer was in 12oz bottles I might bring it camping.

hazy golden/bronze under a small white head. malty and lightly hopped aroma with some notes of honey and sweetness. dominantly malty flavor with enough hops for a crisp dry finish. clean finish. pretty standard.

A dark golden ale! Virtually no head. I am not sure about the look. A burnt malt aroma? I am not sure the aroma is very malty, but has a very malt aroma. It is a weird aroma. Doesn’t have any grassy, or sweet aroma that I was expecting. Well, ok, there is a little grass, but not the extent I was expecting. Has a burnt pilsner taste. I don’t know what the hell is going on. I hope I didn’t get screwed and get a bad bottle. A little sweet honey flavor, but nothing that is even considered decent. Palate is ok, but this is the worst Moylans beer I have tried yet. Just not a good beer for me. I won’t be purchasing this again. Pickep up at Greens on Ponce De Leon 22 oz.

Bomber. Poured just slightly hazy bright golden with a short-lived cap of white head. The aroma picked up soft pale and grainy malts with airy accents of lemon, grass, and floral.. weak and non-offensive. The flavor had pale and bready malts at the core with lemon zest and faint peppery notes around.. quite estery on the back-end with higher carbonation enhancing a general bitterness. Light-bodied with a whole lot of carbonation on the palate.. crisp beginnings, but it was a bit tacky on the back. Drinkable, but nothing to bring me back for more.

Grainy and grassy in the aroma with plenty of floral notes. Brilliantly clear golden body is topped by a decent white head that diminishes rapidly to a thing partial cover and ring. Flavour is also quite grainy with moderate bitterness and fruity esters in the aftertaste. Light medium body with crisp carbonation. Tulip glass. Just above fridge temperature. Bottle purchased at Brewery Creek in Apr-09.
