12 oz Bottle via Mystery Swap (thanks FlacoAlto!). Pours a semi hazy amber with an average size beige head. Nose is grapefruit, pine and caramel. Taste starts out with some sweet caramel and mandarin orange, then turns to resiny pine and finishes with a bold grapefruit hop kick.I would swear there is some rye in there as well? There is a bit of metallic aftertaste, the only negative here. Medium/full body. Moderate carbonation. oily mouthfeel. Good stuff.

Pours a cloudy orange hue with a thick white head with excellent lacing. Aromas of pine, citrus, a little grassy with a hint of wheat. Mouth feel is medium bodied with lingering finish. Bitterness isn’t as assertive as expected, but still there. Flavors of pine, orange peel, straw, and a hint of pineapple. Thick, lingering finish. MMMMM.....

Picked up a bottle at recent trip to Capone’s. Pours out a nice slightly hazy light copper/ orange color with a moderated mostly white head. Aroma is full of hops mostly pine and citrus. Taste is over the top hops, and not in a bad way. Citrus, pine, and slight malty sweetness throughout to add a very nice balance. Totally out of hand on the hops and I like it.

pour is a very nice looking orange-amber, small egg-shell head, excellent lacing. smell is grapefruit, a touch of sweetness, and graham cracker. taste is very bitter, dry, lots o’ hops, grapefruit. this brew is really hoppy, taste great, and is a must for anyone who enjoys bitter, bitter beer.

Incredible floral & citrus mix on the nose...and just as impressive on the eyes. Fiery orange in color with a thick eggshell head. Unfortunately, it fell short where it matters most; the flavor. A bit too much pine and citrus sour, with little malt to balance this one out. It achieves its goal of being a "hop tribute" but I actually enjoyed the Double IPA more.

Pours gorgeous copper/red. Offwhite head is medium, creamy, and long-lasting. Very well carbonated (got a bit of a foamer) brings out the big hoppy aroma. Citrus and pine are what I am smelling. Flavor is slightly sweet but mostly overcome by the HUGE bitterness. This is a very big but very SMOOTH bitterness. Somehow, I don’t know how, there is just enough body, alcohol, and even malt to keep the balance in check. Sort of a creamy mouthfeel meshes nicely with the big bitterness. Also, I like the clever name. This beer is awesomely over the top.
