| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 24, 2007 Solid. Lots of hops on the nose. Very citrusy with sharp, sharp hop presence highlighted by some nice spicyness. Some old oak and floral notes on top of a medium bodied, but somewhat bland and forgettable malt base. Nice looking in the glass. WSSmiles (124), Columbus, Ohio, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 10, 2007 Bottle from River’s End. Poured hazy brown color with a large frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium citrus bitter and a medium smooth bitter finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer. brewsnobby (4), Maple Valley, Washington, USA does not count | 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Apr 10, 2007 Love the cloudiness and little floaties in this one. The big chewy, fruity kick up front makes this one special. Decent spice in the middle, and tasty bitter, grapefruit finish. overall, one of my favorite IPAs. hapjydeuce (773), Del Mar, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 7, 2007 good appearance, light amber with white head and moderate lacing. classic IPA aroma of fresh cut hay (the hops coming through) and pine. pretty floral. the flavor wasnt that great, was expecting more sweet citrus notes, but it was mostly just a watery hops feeling. the hops were great, but malts and citrus could have been more prominent. average IPA nhorween (640), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 28, 2007 Bottle. Hazy honey color with fluffy white head and visible suspended particles. Aroma is the standard IPA, Citrus, pine, hops, light malt character. Nice bitter flavor, almost no malt character, lingering and smooth finish, slightly metallic. Good body and carbonation. This is a above average IPA, and it was warm out today, so I enjoyed it. Close to being something very nice, and a good session beer. Angeloregon (2025), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 28, 2007 Nice fragrant nose with English and NW hops. Cloudy golden body with sharp spiciness and bitter mouthfeel. A little lacking in the palate, but lingering bitterness hung out decently in the finish. Disappointing after the Hopsickle and Double IPA from Marin. Still, I could drink this year round no problem. asteele8 (270), Mukilteo, Washington, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 19, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy gold color with a white head on top. Aroma is full of hops with citrus, grapefruit, and floral aromas coming in. Flavor is balanced between hops and malt but is pretty full of hop flavor at some points. Flavors of grapefruit are dominant on the palate. The beer leaves a bitterness at the end on the palate. An above average IPA and another good beer from Moylan’s.
