Commercial Description:
Our version of the IPA beer style possesses a deep golden hue, rich malty flavor, a bold, complex, and enduring hop finish and is extremely full bodied. We dry hop this brew and use a combination of Fuggles and Chinook hop varieties resulting in an extremely enticing floral and spicy aroma as well as hop character. Great Western Two Row Pale Malt, De Wolf-Cosyns' Caravienne and Munich Malts are combined to achieve an initial specific gravity approaching 1.065.

From a 22 oz bottle, the pour looks like honey with a white lacing on top, which lasted until the brew was gone. The flavor is intense citrus hops, but with detectable maltiness. It’s a good balance. Aroma is a nice piney citrus. This is a very good beer.

Pour is a hazy orange with a average white head. Aroma is moderatly hoppy with some crystal malts. Flavor is again a very low hop with some malt and a soapy finish. Maybe this was a bad bottle but i think this was way off what a decent IPA should be.

Pours a decent dark golden with a thin cream colored head. Nose is rich with pineapple and caramel but the flavor goes much more earthy and a bit gritty. Very bitter, lasting finish.

Bottle, sampled at Christmas during family beer tasting. Amber color with a smallish sized head. Aroma of caramel, grass, earth, citrus and pine. Flavor was a bit watery and lacking great flavor. It was very earthy and grassy, which I was not too big a fan of. Really just an ok version of the style.
