| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 20, 2009 Draught at The Grad in Davis. Dark gold wit a white head. Hoppy aroma with grapefruit, and light pine, and an underlying maltiness. Hoppy and quite bitter, but much more balanced than hopsickle, and with a dryer malt profile. Lingering bitterness in finish, and light lingering malt sweetness. Light grapefruit and resiny pine bitterness. Medium bodied. Tasty stuff, with a decent malt body and ample hops.
