The aroma is an invitation to a great DIPA. It has a hoppy, grapefruit flavor. It is crisp rather than creamy. It is a full-bodied beer, indicative of an IPA with a greater alcohol %. A very good DIPA. ThomasE (5178), Copenhagen, Denmark

This is one I have wanted to get my hands on for a long time, and thankfully, I finally did. Pours out an orange color with a thick off white head on it. Smell is hops, grapefruit, grass, some malts, pine, citrus fruits. Taste is sweet, sticky, and dry. Very hoppy. Clearly a fresh bottle. Smooth and rich and no shortage of hops on this one. It almost reminds me of double simcoe, without the shit flavor. Good stuff, damn good stuff! Grovlam (3810), Copenhagen, Denmark

Good lacing. Clear sparkling body with a golden-amber hue. Aroma was grapefruit, pine, grass, flowers, elder flower, citrus, and licorice. Full bodied with an average carbonation and a dry texture. Moderated bitter flavor with some good licorice sweetness to balance it. Nice dry and crisp finish with sweet licorice at the very end. Impressive DIPA Arayaga2 (981), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 27, 2007 Hazy orange with a minimal white head. Aroma is fantastic with sweet tangeriney hops. Taste is unexpectedly bitter after the sweet aroma, but still quite citrusy and excellent. Alcohol taste is barely evident, and carbonation unobtrusive. $6.25/22oz
