Commercial Description:
Our Moylander Double IPA is fat and resiny, with aggressive and excessive hops swinging on an enormous malt backbone like naughty monkeys on a vine. Double malt, double hops - do the math, it's academic.

Bottle. Honey amber color with a thin white head. Piney citrus hop aroma, coriander. Well balanced, not overly hoppy smelling, good malt backbone. Flavor is citrus hops and grassy, excellent finish - lingering bitter finish but quite dry. Mouthfeel is a tad watery, but still good. This is a well crafted, well balanced DIPA.

Pours a clear golden. Smells very strong of pineapple. Sweet and fruity. Nicely balanced of hops and slight maltiness. Sugary. Full flavored. Plenty (a bit too much) residual sugars.

22 oz bottle. Poured a clear orange color. Head was thick and white with good retention and lacing. Assertive pine resin hop aroma and flavor with strong hop bitterness accented by celery and wet stone.

Smooth for a double IPA. Not the hop monster I expected. Nice aroma, not to strong. Lots of citrus.

22oz Bottle from Capone’s. Pours a hazy amber color with a modest white head. Aroma is pine, citrus and malt. Flavor is is on the citrusy side, with a good bit of pine and a healthy dose of malt. Alcohol is well-hidden. Very smooth and drinkable.
