Beautiful beige cream head. Cloudy brownish/amber color. Lots of yeast, fruits and malts in the aroma. Rich malty taste. Also a some nice fruity notes along with a distinct hopbitterness. Surprisingly spritzy mouthfeel. Fat body. Long malty and bitter end with some alcohol heath. This beer stands out! (Thanks to Yngwie for sharing)

Bottle kindly shared by yngwie. Murky brown beer. Malty, lots of alcohol warmth, enough hops to cope with the rest and balance everything out.

Dark crimson and copper, creamy off white head. Nose was soft with earthed toffee and citrus notes layered over mango cream and cherry-like tones. Well hopped earthy citrus flavors balance on a lightly sweetened malt backbone. Full bodied, medium carbonation, dry, bittersweet finish. I think some cellar time would round out the edges. Still a decent winter sipper though...

Biggish dark beige head. Hazy dark brown body. Intense sweetish firm malty catty fruity aroma with syrupy notes. A bit bready, too. Harmonic. Deep dry straw, grain, caramel, and toffee taste with herbal, chocolatey alcohol notes. Some alcohol heat. Very very nice. (0.65l bottle from yngwie.)

Murky copper color with a frothy tan head. Sweet smell of caramel and apple peels. Very smooth. slick mouthfeel. Great taste of caramel apples with figs, dates with a faint herbal hop essence. Pretty clean finish for a B-Wine. no cloying or harsh alcohol taste like some big barleywines. Very drinkable for any style of beer-excellent. 82705
