I had this on draft at the brewpub. Well, I’m a sucker for a wheat beer with tangy fruit. I liked this one. pink/orange color, nice pomegranate nose and flavor. very tasty

(Draft at Moylan’s). Very pretty. Purple foamy quickly disappears. Fresh flavor. Reminds me of the Pomegranite 7-Up that was available, but not the syrupy sweetness of sugar. No aroma to speaf of. Must be filtered because its pretty clear. Clean palate, as expected from any type of fruit wheat beer.

1/3/08 with Bikesandbeer, 10th Brewery of the trip, last and least impressive of the day. Tap @ the Brewery. Pours orangish clear like a cide, with a bright white ring of a head. Nose is light and sweet with pomegrenate in there. Taste is sweet and flavorful better than I had expected.

On tap at Naked City’s Moylan’s Night. Pours clear reddish pink with a nice pink head. Just what you’d expect- pomegranate and wheat, along with some caramel. Not bad, but I don’t know how often I’d be in the mood for this.

On tap at the Brewpub, this poured a cloudy red with a small pinkish head and light lacing. Nose of ripe fruit. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor shows the pomegranate and wheat. Fruity finish. A easy drinking and enjoyable fruit beer.

On tap @ Moylans poured a cloudy golden yellow with a small lasting off white head. Aromas of pomegranate and wheat. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat and pomegrenate with a smooth lightly bitter finish.

Tasted on tap at the Drakes 1st Annual Beer Festival and Washoes Tournament. This fruit wheat pours a slightly hazy gold color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet, pomegranates and grass. Light to medium bodied fruit wheat beer. Malts are fruity and sweet. Nice fruity flavor, not very sweet. Its kind of subtle, not sure that this is a good fruit to add to a beer, but it certainly is refreshing on a hot summer day. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
