Pours dark black with a light tan head. Smell is roasty, hoppy and big. Taste is dark bitter roasy dry chocolate with a slightly rich body and mild carbonation. Nice hops in flavor too. Pretty good and nicely dark and flavorful.

Aroma of smoke, chocolate, alocohl and currants. Taste is chocolatey, and yeasty with some ash and alcohol warming noticable. Aroma of sweet roasted malts, cocoa, and a hint of coffee. Fairly smooth mouthfeel with a light fizziness. Medium to heavy body. Flavors of roasted malts, coffee, and chocolate with a light smoke tone. Bitter cocoa and roasted malt finish. Aroma of dark malt, chocolate, roasted malt, mild alcohol and coffee. Taste of chocolate, roasted malt, alcohol, chocolate wafer. Smooth and semi-sweet with some bitterness to it as well. Pretty tasty imp stout.
