Commercial Description:
Our version of the classic Pale Ale style is named in tribute to County Tipperary, our founders Father's Homeland. Sweetly sharp and smoothly bitter, this beer straddles the line between what you want and what you need. It's not a long way to Tipperary anymore! Slainte.

Pours amber with a modest head and fair amount of lacings. As a big fan of Pale Ales this is an fine example of a really good one.Taste is big bitter floral hops and a fine amount of malts. Some citrus-pineapple flavors. Really nice APA.

Clear amber with medium white head. Dusty hops in the nose with notes of grass, caramel and pine. Hoppy flavour with caramel, toasted malt and pine notes. Ends bitter.

22. Pours a slightly hazed burnished coppery dark amber with a thick, sudsy, off-white head. Grapefruity, peppery, wet-leaves-y nose. Interesting combination. Grainy, medium body, soft carb. Biscuit, wet leaves, and earth on the mid-palate, with some resin fiddling around near the finish. This is pretty drinkable.

Pale orange pour with an off-white head and minimal lacing. Nose is of citrus and earth. Bitterness of flavor is elaborated by a nice touch of roasted malt and caramel. Mouthfeel is a bit too fizzy for my taste, and the finish is on the light side.

Bottle consumed at beer gathering. Color was a gold tinted orange; big head with alot of carbonation. Kiefer said it looked like whiz. Aroma of caramel and citrus withsome grapefruit. Good hop bitterness in the flavor; fresh tasting. A bit citrusy. Good caramel backbone. Weird conversation during the drinking of this one. Good for the style.

About a 1 inch high head of dense creamy bubbles. Minimal carbonation. Sweet caramel and orange in the aroma with a bit of nutmeg. Hazy rust color. Mild malty aroma with some grapefruity hops and a bit of roastyness. Medium bodied with decent bitterness and some sugary sweetness. Nice mellow beer and very easy drinking. Finishes malty and bitter. A great session brew. Well rounded and a pleasure to drink.
