Commercial Description:
Our version of the classic Pale Ale style is named in tribute to County Tipperary, our founders Father's Homeland. Sweetly sharp and smoothly bitter, this beer straddles the line between what you want and what you need. It's not a long way to Tipperary anymore! Slainte.

Bottle. Clear, dark golden pour with a medium head that faded quickly. Strong aroma of herbal hops. Flavor dominated by herbal hops with some maltiness.

Copper color with a medium head. Slightly buttery. Cardboard, hops, citrus aroma. Bone dry right at the first sip. Grainy and almost nutty taste. Not the usual APA.

Tasted while on Vacation in CA. This brew had a great, fresh hoppy, citrus aroma but a lackluster flavor that simply did not match. Finished with a good bitter.

hazy copper color, big off-white head, some lacing. citrus hops and sweet tea in the nose. flavor is mostly creamy caramel with hints of citrus. the sweet creaminess is distracting from the slightly bitter finish. kinda oily palate. a disappointment, not offensive, but not very sessionable, nor refreshing.

pours agolden to copper color nice off white head nice combination of malt and hop aromas pine and grass with a little citrus on the hops biscuit malt . Well balanced flavor sweet malt with a nice hop bite the subtle bitterness cuts eventually throught he biscuity malt sweetness very well done upon warming a layer of chocolate flavor and aroma adds a nother dimention. This is what I want out of my beer layers of flavor and little surprises that develop in converse proportion to the glass.

Poured a cloudy orange color with an off white head. Aroma was very nice, california like hops and such. Flavor was a bit more malty then i would have expected or like, but still a pretty good beer.
