Tasting Notes
Aroma: Initially oranges and then moves to sweet citrus.
Appearance: Hazy deep gold/light amber with a small off-white head that becomes a frothy thin crown.
Flavor: Nutty maltiness and maybe a hint of something musty. Bitterness is moderate at first, but grows quite rapidly. Bitter hop flavors include cirtus zest/rind and grapefruit. The finish seems a little sour. Quite tart and puckery.
Palate: Mild carbonation, smooth. Medium-full body.
Overall: This sucker packs some hefty bitter punch for just being a Pale Ale! Maybe too much...

(On tap) Clear, pale amber golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving some laces. Vaguely hoppy nose. Medium body, no real malty feel and then a rather bitter finish. 230307

Bottle. Pours amber with medium beige head. Aroma is floral malts, some citrus, and hops. Flavor is much like the nose but with a little more malt. Not bad.

Wow a very unique brew. When i saw Pale ale I was expecting a brew that had a very little kick or uniqueness but that one was quite the contrary. It packed a good punch and poured dark amber brown with lots of carbonation. Had a very hoppy taste similar to an IPA. Worth a try.. Oh and its extremely carbonated as it took 30 mins and lots of sips to get it to pour the 22oz.

Bottle. Pours copper with a decent sized off white head. Aroma is pale malts, citrus, pine. Flavor is more of the same. Palate is medium bodied, medium carbonation, bitter finish. All right, nothing spectacular, but not dissapointing either.

Pale amber, HUGE rocky white head with insane retention and decent lacing. Aroma is lemons, citrus, light grapefruit and caramel, hint of bread. Medium to light body with a fairly bitter finish. Enjoyable.

bomber, rating from memory, another moylans disappointment, flat, watery apa. hop flavor is pretty weak, some piney and floral hops, with a weak caramel malt backbone. i wasn’t a fan of this.

22oz bottle: Crystal clear medium yellow color with creamy, long lasting, medium sized white head. Aroma has fair amount of citrusy, grapefruity hops, probably cascade, with a faint note of pineyness that may be some simcoe thrown in. Flavor has significant presence of citrusy american hops, very faint note of caramel, some balancing maltyness, bit of pear and apricot, with a firm but not overwhelmingly bitter finish. A very nice pale ale.
