Commercial Description:
Our version of the classic Pale Ale style is named in tribute to County Tipperary, our founders Father's Homeland. Sweetly sharp and smoothly bitter, this beer straddles the line between what you want and what you need. It's not a long way to Tipperary anymore! Slainte.

ok, but not great. one and done. just better pale ale’s to choose from, especially at a more competitive price. this one seemed to be lacking good crisp hoppy flavors. little to malty for me. maybe it wasn’t very fresh?

Yay for Moylans coming to Texas! Pours with a moderate white head. Looks nice enough. Aroma becomes weirder as the beer warms. Initially, pine dominates but later on it shows characteristics of taxi air freshener, strawberries and the occasional hint of spoiled milk. Taste follows suite with a mix of fruity hops, pine, spoiled milk, and honey wheat bread. Finishes toasty with a rounded earthy bitterness. Medium to light bodied, creamy. How did a pale ale get so weird?

Bottle
Pours a deep amber sap with an aroma of peachy strawberry jam and grapefruit preserves. Flavor is flat peach bread with bits of grapefruit peel. Watery and matly. Not a repeat.

Pours amber with fluffy white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, and malt. Taste of the same. Pretty boring.

A fine beer, but nothing terribly interesting about it. A little less "hoppiness" than I generally prefer.

Poured from the bottle to a hazy rusty brown with medium-thick tan head that lingered thru much of the glass and left good lacing. Aroma was a pleasant mix of malty caramel and dark fruit, along with a fairly pronounced hoppy citrus fruit. The mouthfeel, while slightly hoppy, was more on the thick fullness of the malt and the taste picked up those flavors found in the nose. Alcohol never made itself known, which is not surprising at only 5%, but the finish was long and smooth. Another hit by Moylan.

Floral, carmel, and fruity aroma. Cloudy oragne with off-white head. Caramel, grapefruit, grass, and spice flavour notes. Balanced, medium bitterness, and sessionable.
