| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 26, 2007 22oz bottle: Crystal clear medium yellow color with creamy, long lasting, medium sized white head. Aroma has fair amount of citrusy, grapefruity hops, probably cascade, with a faint note of pineyness that may be some simcoe thrown in. Flavor has significant presence of citrusy american hops, very faint note of caramel, some balancing maltyness, bit of pear and apricot, with a firm but not overwhelmingly bitter finish. A very nice pale ale. hayduke (1659), Eureka, California, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 26, 2007 22 oz bottle from the North Coast Coop in Eureka, CA. Poured a hazy light orange with a bit foamy head that was slightly off-white. Nose was floral piney hops with a bunch of other light odors of caramel malts, citurs, flowers, and spices. Mouthfeel was fairly rich and flavor was stronger of malts and caramel than the aroma. Bitter finish. I love most of what Moylan does and this is probably my least favorite, but still is not bad. These folks really know to brew beer. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 21, 2007 Bottle from Capone’s. Hazy orangish medium coppery pour with 1-finger off-white head. Aroma of citrus (tangerine, mango), black pepper, caramel malt. Tastes hoppy, very citric, with a solid caramel malt backbone and some bready notes. Fairly hefty palate for this style, with notable complexity. Try this with salmon and mango salsa! IrishBoy (2716), Bakersfield, California, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 24, 2007 Pours a translucent golden/pale amber with an average bubbly/foamy off white head that left some lacing. Aroma of sweet malts, some floral and earthy hops, some floral and orange, Flavor was lightly bitter with a strong malt/grain, grains really lingered in the aftertaste. Some hints of citrus, some grapefruit and caramel. Decent flavor kind of a thin body with more bitterness coming through as I spent more time with this brew.
