Body of a pale ale, hopped more like an American IPA without going overboard. slightly musty hop aroma that reminds me of moonlight’s twist of fate. extremely unique hop flavor, a sharp/floral/vegetal bitterness combination that reminds me of curry leaves. good malt backbone without giving me the impression that the finishing gravity was overly high. nice low alcohol makes it easy to enjoy a few pints. Excellent pale ale. Thanks James. Glouglouburp (2877), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 7, 2006 Partly cloudy orange-copper body with a short-lived white head. Some light watered down caramel in a watery thin body. Some fruity/grassy hops supply a welcomed light to medium bitterness. Hard to describe anymore than this. Competently put together but ultimately generic session beer. Named in the honour of their Tipperary County founding fathers, may they be remembered longer than this forgettable beer. cbkschubert (2015), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 1, 2006 Medium hazy amber pour. Rather shy nose proposes soft honeyed biscuitiness that backs the mostly crisp, spicy, herbal and citrusy hops. Green profile, rather sweet, though the bitterness eventually comes out decently and without procuring no abrasiveness. Remains quite spicy and dry. Nice little pale ale in the rules of the art and adding little touches here and there. Tmoney99 (4783), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Poured hazy copper color with a large off-white fizzy head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium smooth bitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer. MartinT (5068), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 25, 2006 Any first impressions?
-A mild veil covers the light amber orange.
-Worty sweetness and the citrusy character of pink grapefruit provide a simple aroma.
-Weak honeyed cereals and strolling orangey fruitiness show signs of weakening.
-The low carbonation appears to emulate a cask mouthfeel, as the lean maltiness is showcased in all in its lackadaisicality.
What if you dig deeper?
-Is that DMS rising in the aroma, or are the herbal hops exceedingly vegetal?
-Timid grassy hop bitterness announces its presence, but fails to garner any interest.
-This bottle might not be fresh, but we don’t know since there is no date whatsoever on the bottle.
-This decent pale ale is obviously made for sessions, but in this form it is highly forgettable.
Bottle; no date.
