Jun 14, 2009 22oz bottle. Poured clear and red/brown with a nice white head quickly dissolving to the ring with great lacing. Piney aroma and a flavor that is pleasantly citrus sweet if slightly watered down and lacking in complexity. The finish is bitter and a bit longer than expected.

Jun 13, 2009 Bomber. Clear, orange-copper with a lasting half-inch of foam. Big crisp, evergreen-grapefruit and grain aroma. Flavor is the same but more balanced with nutty, husky grain even with the hops. Light-medium body is smooth and dryish.

Jun 7, 2009 Bottle. Poured clear orangish gold, with a white head, that left lots of lace. Aroma of citrus and fruit, sweet malt. Taste is caramel malt, light citrus hop. Pretty straight forward. Hops are not too dominant. Mouth is medium bodied with light carbonation. A decent brew.

May 30, 2009 At Sudwerk Beerfest 2009. This light amber ale poured with a decent beige head and a floral aroma. There is a mellow caramel malt flavor with some subtle hopping.

May 27, 2009 Nice thin head sitting on top. Dark caramel brown. This is actually a good looking beer. A subtle hop and sweet malt aroma. Opens up a bit more as the beer warms up. The malts are what stand out most to me. Actually as this beer warms up the caramel malts come out big time! Still not very nuanced though. A sweet malt flavor with a well balanced hop flavor to really balance it out. Creamy beer. This is not one of the better Moylans beers, but it is not the worst, by far. Wish it were a bit more nuanced, but this beer is nice. Overall, decent brew. Picked up at Greens on Ponce De Leon. 22 oz.
