Commercial Description:
Our version of the classic Pale Ale style is named in tribute to County Tipperary, our founders Father's Homeland. Sweetly sharp and smoothly bitter, this beer straddles the line between what you want and what you need. It's not a long way to Tipperary anymore! Slainte.

Crushed with Jakebra. Excellent nose of sweet malt and hops. Flavor lacks a little bit but is still pretty awesome. Would have liked a bit more hop flavor, but I can’t complain too much. Dug it.

22oz bottle poured into pint glass. Frothy head, clear amber body, lots of excited little bubbles racing to the top. Nice sweet aromas of fresh-baked bread, flowers, and mild citrus hops -- the aroma reminds me of Dale’s pale ale from Oskar Blues, which is a good thing. But what about the flavor? Well, it’s nice, but also rather weak. Most good American pale ales hit your tongue with a lively blast of hops bitterness, which then fades into a pleasant malty taste. This one lacks that initial excitement, choosing instead to present a more subdued flavor profile akin to the Old World pale ales. There is also a watery aspect to this brew that leaves your tongue wanting more and not getting it. Tipperary is a decent, drinkable ale that would be great if it had a stronger character.

Bottle courtesy of sebletitje. Pours a hazy caramel yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of pine, caramel, honey, some hints of citrus and grapefruit. Flavor is sweet and malty with notes of pine, citrus, some grapefruit, fresh bread and honey. Seemed a little thin. Overall light to medium body with a floral hop finish.

Courtesy of SeaBass. Pours hazy copper with thin off white head. The aroma has a bit of caramel, sweet malts, a touch of bread and some mild citrus hoppiness. The taste starts with a pulse of malt sweetness and then moving into citrus, lemon and grapefruit hop flavor and tartness. It gets bready and a bit grainy by midway and into the finish. The modest hops fade away to nothing. At times it seems a tad too tart for the style.

courtesy of beerbeagle. pours golden/orange lightly hazy with thin white head. Aroma of light malts, hoppy with tobacco notes. Taste, lightly hoppy with some grapefruit / citrus fruits and caramel notes. Very well balanced and does seem over the 5.5% abv. This is one fine tasty pale ale.

Hazy orange pour with creamy off white head and lace. Brown sugar, earthy hops (ekg?), and medium malt on the nose. Brown sugar maltiness and a medium bitter finish. Thin and watery but good soft carbonation.
