Commercial Description:
Our version of the classic Pale Ale style is named in tribute to County Tipperary, our founders Father's Homeland. Sweetly sharp and smoothly bitter, this beer straddles the line between what you want and what you need. It's not a long way to Tipperary anymore! Slainte.

On tap at brewery. Clear golden with no head. Sweet malty and orange aroma and taste with a comparatively low hop presence.

22 oz bottle. Pours a clear golden orange (yeasty on second pour) with a thin white head that quickly diminishes.

The aroma is sweet sugary malts and melon with a little earthy floral hops.

The flavor is sweet sugary melon with a touch of hops in the finish. It’s rather washed out and bland with some metallic and vegetal notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and watery with low carbonation.

Overall, a little too sweet for me, and not enough hops and a bit bland and off.

22 oz bottle-pours a light tan head and hazy orange/gold color. Aroma is some resin hops, medium malt-caramel. Taste is resin/tannin/(some coppery) –hops, medium malt-brown sugar. Doesn’t quite work for me. Thanks decaturstevo for sharing.

This is pretty bad, or at least, there is nothing to enjoy. Light malt and light hops. gold color. It seems like I should write more, but with a beer like this, I have nothing else to say.

Golden pour with a whitish head. Nice hop aroma with a slight malt note. The aroma is much more promising than the actual flavor. Rather boring flavor that is a dulled version of the aroma.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy citrus aroma. Slightly sweetish malty hoppy citrus flavor. Sweetish malty hoppy finish with some citrus in the aftertaste.

Pours dark gold with thick head. Aroma is caramel and pale malt, light buttery tones and some citrus fruit hop. Flavour is medium malt body, not too sweet though with light caramel and a mild bitterness though a bit thin in the finish.

0.65 l bottle at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Beatiful amber color. Pleasant hop aroma reminiscent of mango and apricot. The flavor is hop forward with mango, apricot, medium bitterness and some minerally notes. Unfortunately there is disturbing plastic flavor.
