Commercial Description:
Our version of the classic Pale Ale style is named in tribute to County Tipperary, our founders Father's Homeland. Sweetly sharp and smoothly bitter, this beer straddles the line between what you want and what you need. It's not a long way to Tipperary anymore! Slainte.

Bottled. An amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, sweet malt as well as some caramel and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, hops - primarily spicy, and plain sweet malt - not a very exciting malt profile, leading to a bitter finish.

(On tap) Clear, pale amber golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving some laces. Vaguely hoppy nose. Medium body, no real malty feel and then a rather bitter finish. 230307

22 fl oz bottle. Pours clear golden orange with a small white head. Mild grapefruity hops aroma. Flavour is roasted towards slight breadish dark malt, certainly has hops, but rather downplayed and with a more subtle citrusy fruity note. Medium bitter and lingering dry roasted malt finish.

Bottled@Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is malts, hops and quite dull earthyness. Flavour is quite much the same. Fruity and grassy aftertaste.

Clear amber with medium white head. Dusty hops in the nose with notes of grass, caramel and pine. Hoppy flavour with caramel, toasted malt and pine notes. Ends bitter.

Clear amber body with big, rock, beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet and grapefruit/pine hoppy. Taste doesn’t appear fresh – it’s dulled pine, mildly sweet, hint of grapefruit. Medium body. Good hop burp.
