Commercial Description:
Our Moylan's American style Wheat ale is one of the most thirst quenching and satisfying brews I have ever encountered. We use over 50% Great Western White Winter Wheat Malt in addition to Great Western two row pale malt and De Wolf-Cosyns Munich malt in creating this extremely drinkable brew. Liberty and Tettnang hops balance the flavor just right.

On tap at Green Dragon on Halloween 2008--Soapy yellow-orange hazed body and a medium white head. Grainy, yeasty, nutty nose with a wonderful mouthfeel. Mildly bitter and thoroughly enjoyable. I totally dug it.

Draught at Beer in the Plaza. Yellow, unfiltered appearance with a small white head. The aroma is just a light sweet malt, with the flavor just being a wheat-cracker with no hops or bitterness. Light bodied and easy to drink but thoroughly uninteresting.

Ordinary beer. Decent. Leaves a certain pleasant aftertaste. Not so filling.
