Pours a light pinkish sort of color. Strong orange flavor, kind of like a creamsicle. Very wheaty flavor. Lots of grains and malts with a little yeast. Almost has a sparkling wine taste to it. This is different. I think it would be better without all of the orange.

Bottle: Golden, slight haze, sudsy white head that doesn’t stick around long, sparce lacing, decent carbonation.   Soft lemon and ginger on the nose.   Some other unidentifiable spices on the nose as well.   Light wheat aspect, fairly sweet.   Spices not as strong in the flavor as on the nose.   Spices finally emerge at the finish, somewhat citrus oriented.   Also getting some sort of tea leave variant.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Thanks for sharing HoppedHead!

Some pikantus like pretentions early on. Nice clove and honey nose with mild caramel. Wheat gives anice mouthfeel soft and round. Some Biscuit and lemon cookie flavors with mild fruitcake like spicing. Clean and dry finish that leaves you somewhat refreshed.

Murky orange brew with a thin white head. Lemongrass and vanilla. Strange combination. Wheat tartness. Very odd.

Bottle of the 2004 vintage. A cloudy yellow orange color with an off-white head. A floral, vanilla, lemon, fruit cake, and banana aroma. A spiced flavor, medium bodied, and a nice surprise.

Light orange to yellow hue with a soft white head, odd looking sediment in my glass... tiny white beads, I have never seen this before. Aroma is lightly citric with an emphasis on lemon and biscuit malt. Flavor is biscuit, spiced cider, lemon, citrus fruit, pie spice, honey. Mouthfeel is light and very crisply carbonated. Not too shabby, but I’m kinda disappointed in the weird floaties.

(bottle): Aroma reminds me of apple cider. Orangish hue with tiny amount of haze but very much visible through. Flavor is lightly wheated and bittering on the tongue. Not a christmas beer to get me into the holiday spirit.

A pretty good beer, but I was expecting more from a Xmas beer, it was a bit too weak for me, a good drink, but not great. Very citrusy.
