Orange gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is malty and fruity, touch of banana and spices. A medium bodied double wheat. Malts are fruity and sweet. Touches of banana and clove. Smooth taste, nice balance. Touch of orange and citrus. Nice beer, a lighter bodied Christmas beer, but still has all the spirit of a heavier winter ale. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

22 oz bottle. Poured yellow to orange, with a big long lasting tan head. Nose of citrus and ginger. Nice on tongue with good carbonation. A very nice brew and is smooth and well done.

picked this up @ hollingshead deli.light ruby color with a small white head.the aroma is full of wheat along with some hops and malts.i was very intregued by the flavor.starts out just like your average wheat, but then some carmel and malts come along at the end.(maybe this is the "zest" they are talking about?)very different and very nice overall.

Some pikantus like pretentions early on. Nice clove and honey nose with mild caramel. Wheat gives anice mouthfeel soft and round. Some Biscuit and lemon cookie flavors with mild fruitcake like spicing. Clean and dry finish that leaves you somewhat refreshed.

Sent to my via Mr. Dick. Aroma is of candied fruits and caramel malt--nice. Hazy golden brown in color. The medium palate brings flavors of light orange, wheat, and some malts. Very interesting brew.

Bottle of the 2004 vintage. A cloudy yellow orange color with an off-white head. A floral, vanilla, lemon, fruit cake, and banana aroma. A spiced flavor, medium bodied, and a nice surprise.

This tastes heavy of orange/banana and has a gummy head. Goes really smooth, and it’s nice to have a light-bodied holiday beer.

Yellow/orange, with a white head. Aromas are orange and wheat. Flavors are orange, wheat, and some spice. Body is rather light. An interesting holiday brew. Different from the others, and quite interesting.
