Drank it on tap at the brewery. Pours a golden color. Medium bodied, very spicy, some cardamom, heart warming for the Christman season. Really enjoyed it.

22oz bottle. 2007 release. Pours a light orange color with a crisp white head that fades quick to a thin film, a little lace. Smells light citrusy, yeasty, malty sweet and bready. Tastes light and spicy, sweet malty. A faint amount of earthy hops in the background. Not as much spice as many other "spiced" brews, pretty nice, but nothing to write home about. Thin body, somewhat subdued carbonation.

22 oz. bottle, purchased from BevMo LaJolla and sampled 11/07(?). Pours a light orangey amber with a slight haze and thin head. Aroma of sweet bread, orange and spice, quite fruity with prominent yeasts, clove and other pungent spices. Flavor is a tasty combination fo bitter and sweet, bready, honey, orange, spruce and lots of spice, with an interesting peppery note as well. Medium body and gentle carbonation.

I was not very impressed with this beer. Malt dominated the flavor, and there wasn’t much else counter-balancing this. Spiciness and citrus was very understated and led to an unbalanced product. I would not recommend. Appearance was a clear and reasonably brilliant copper color with 1.5cm of head. There were some sediment ropes at the bottom of the bottle. Aroma was faint and distantly orange-y. Flavor was as I’ve described above, and a bit disappointing. Mouthfeel was unremarkable. I would not recommend this beer. I bought this 22oz bottle from Minotti’s Wine & Liquor in North Olmsted, OH.

pleasing spice including the unusual to me adding of mace. Medium mouthfeel on this white spectacle, and though drying was a good sipper with supper.

Poured from the bottle to a light copper color with medium white head that lingered thru mid-glass. Aroma is a very pleasant mix of cookie dough and warming winter spices (clove, nutmeg, coriander, cinnamon). The mouthfeel is medium bodied, and the flavor is a good contiunation of the spices found in the nose, with a hint of fruit creeping in at mid-glass. Finish is long and a bit warming. Another fine effort by Moylan

Dark golden color with a nice airy head. 22 oz bottle drank from a Duvel glass. Flavors of orange, coriander, and other "winter" spices. Somewhat of a flat flavor. Hard to discern the different spices. Somewhat disappointing coming from Moylans because of its run of the mill witbeer flavor. Probably would not try again.

Dark gold body , lightly hazy with a thin white head. The aroma is obvious oranges with some corriander and a little bit of hand soap. Some pancakes come through. The taste has a very dry notes of corriander with some plantains. Sharply carbonated although few bubbles are seen in the body.
