Sep 30, 2005 Draught. Pours pale clear yellow with a small frohty white head. Malt (grain, straw) and yeast (horse blanket) aroma with corn and lemon notes. Sour malt and yeast flavor, lightly acidic and tart. Light bodied and thin watery palate.

Apr 10, 2005 Pale and lite onion skin colors. Relatively odorless but somewhat sharp (inoffensive). Tastes of malt, very lite with citrus hops. Somewhat bright on the pallet but watery.
