Poured a dark onionskin color, flat looking. The aroma had sharp malt and a grain husk kind of thing, but lite. Sharp and astringent body. Flavors of sour apple (?) and malt, with a variety of other undesirable flavors. No wonder the Bienville Brew co went out of business. aracauna (2385), Georgia, USA
