Beer was dark red/brown in color with no head but leaves a slight lacing on the side from what little head it has. Slight raisin scent to the beer but no much else. Flavor was malty to begin with a roasted malt/coffee flavor in the middle and finishes with a sligtly sweet raisin flavor. Carbonation was very fine. Have had this twice now and this batch seems to be a bit less in your face with flavoring. Don’t know if this is because its a new batch or has aged a bit since I had it a month ago.
