Nice level of rastiness, slightly bittersweet with some vinous stone fruit flavors and a bit of caramelized burnt characteristics like a spanish style of dessert wine would have. Almost like an oloroso. Stand up body and decent levels maltiness, make this very enjoyable. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA

Nose of fresh strawberries & fruity hops, nice roast levels. The flavor is oaky, full of roast & dry sherry type tastes. The finish is dry but with a large body. Pours very dark brown, almost black with a medium brown head. Rich roasted coffee aroma with a hint of chocolate and licorice. Taste starts sweet with a mocha start followed by a oaky licorice finish, mildly bitter with a touch of smoke in the roast. A very nice Porter from the collaboration project at the KLCC.
