Commercial Description: Pumpkin ale was a popular style of beer brewed in colonial America. The formula for this beer includes just over 300 lbs of oven-roasted assorted pumpkins and winter squash from Sauvie Island, lots of dark caramel malt, and just a bit of hops and pie spices to make it interesting.
