Clear with an off-white head that fades and leaves pretty decent lacing. Aroma is fairly malty, almost bordering on a nutty, roasted aroma. Not much in the way of hop aroma. Medium bodied. Initially sweet, caramelly and light nut flavors fade to a decent bitterness that asserts itself but doesn’t overwhelm. A bit soapy? Decent if not solid IPA. Points on color, a little subtraction for lack of hops in nose. mikebeertaster (96), vancouver, Washington, USA
