Commercial Description:
Pale Ales are a subset of many beer styles and our Moderation Pale Ale is based on the Pale Ales that emerged from the Craft Beer Revolution that formed in the U.S.A in the late 1970’s. It displays a huge aroma of tropical fruit and citrus thanks to very generous late kettle additions of North American hops. In the mouth a firm but not overpowering bitterness is tempered by a biscuity malt profile that completes this beer. This style is traditionally in the 5-6% alcohol range however we feel that our moderate example carries this beer lovers style every bit as well at only 3.3%

Wow. Great session. Big APA taste without the alcohol. Lots of citrus and pineapple on the nose, mouth is hops. A hopheads session (ie great for me!). Really well done.

330ml bottle. Moderately carbonated with no foam, only a thin white ring that clings to the edge of the glass. Looks flat and lifeless with an amber hue. It smells a lot better than it looks with a nice intermingling of citrus and hop aromas and biscuity undertones. Also tastes a lot better that it looks with some nutty characters coming through. alot more robust that it looks.

Sample at MT Brewery. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. Aroma and flavour of biscuit malt, tropical fruit and citrus hops. Soft carbonation. At such a low ABV this makes for a fine session beer. The bitterness is well rounded and overall a tasty APA.

Finally got to try some beers from this brewery that seems to have been "going to" open for nigh on eternity. On tap at the Bearded Dragon. This beer had almost every thing I would expect in an APA in a beer that was only a mid strength!! Lots of hop aroma and plenty of bitterness. My god I think I may have just found the best mid I have ever tasted. Roll over Rogers.... now if only I can get this in my local bottle-o
