Commercial Description: Pale Ales are a subset of many beer styles and our Moderation Pale Ale is based on the Pale Ales that emerged from the Craft Beer Revolution that formed in the U.S.A in the late 1970’s. It displays a huge aroma of tropical fruit and citrus thanks to very generous late kettle additions of North American hops. In the mouth a firm but not overpowering bitterness is tempered by a biscuity malt profile that completes this beer. This style is traditionally in the 5-6% alcohol range however we feel that our moderate example carries this beer lovers style every bit as well at only 3.3%
