Bottle, thanks Allen. Light sirup aroma. Red chestnut, brown crown. Caramel sugary entry, a hint bubblegum, some roasted notes. Thinbodied, quick finish, sparkly mouthfeel.

bottle, herzlichen Dank Allen! Deep amber-brown colour with a small off-white head. Malty with hints of berries and dried fruit, shy hints of caramel. Merci!

Medium yellowish beige head. Deep dark red body. Sugary vinuous malty caramelly aroma. Sweetish earthy malty straw taste with papery notes. Thinnish body. Mild mouthfeel. Dry earthy caramel and licorice aftertaste. Very nice. (0.33l bottle, traded from Allen.)

Bottle, Hooters, Zurich. Not too sure how I ended up here (no really) Poured a dark reddy brown with a thin muddy head. Sweet, malty aroma. Similar flavour. Reasonably pleasant, but somewhat dull; bit like Zurich really.

Bottled 33cl. It pours a beautiful nut brown beer with a tanned head. The nose is of dark chocolate and fudge. Buttery. Malty taste with some fudge showing up. Decent bitterness. Nice lace. Light bodied and very smooth. Clean dry finish with a hint of mint.
